FAQs First

We'll get a few these out of the way..

Will you provide a complete system? No, we do not provide complete CRM/Accounting/etc. systems and we don't recommend vendors for those.

Do you fix broken systems? Not in a repair sense, but our integration services may fix broken online processes.

Do you work in a given space? We are open to any aspect of government customer engagement, though the broad brush of community development benefits most.

Do you provide process improvements? Yes, in an online sense. Although we may have process experience that is helpful elsewhere, we may be able to recommend an outside party for that purpose. If something is glaring, we'll probably note it.

Do you give us a total price? Yes, and we will include any other additional services or annual costs in the quote. In addition, you will get a detailed SOW (scope of work)

Do we have to host InteraGov? No, it is hosted in the cloud. It can be hosted in-house but there could be many factors in making that determination.

Do you need to work on-site? If you are located in or near a resort area, we may stop by. But seriously, no.

Our goal is to tie together existing services and not duplicate or replace things that are working well for you.

Start Here...

If you fill out the form below, we will do a brief thumbnail analysis of your existing services. It will be done by a Dev along with an average user assigned to do a task.

There is no obligation, and as they used to say in the old day, no salesman (or woman) will call. You will receive maybe two to three emails.

As mentioned earlier, each of our integrations requires a complete review, but this will give you an idea of our thoughts.

A few notes on the form: The in-office system may be desktop or web-based software. It may be the same or different than your online presence. Rather than create a list of vendors, such as Accela, Tyler, etc., we'll let you fill those in to keep it short.
Your need, expressed as 911,811, and 311 shouldn't need much explanation to a government. Use the comment box to explain that further, especially if you chose 911 !

What happens next? Within 2-3 business days, we will let you know if we need additional information. This mostly pertains to site access; we do have several major system logins however.
Depending on the workload, it may take up to a week to generate our report. Once it is complete, we'll email to you. What you do with it and who you share it with is up to you.

Will it be critical? While it is not our goal to critique your site, but to show how we may be of help to you; it is possible there will be a critical piece.
